Shipping and Returns
We currently offer flat rate $10.95 flat rate shipping rates in Australia and free shipping over $150 within Australia. We use Australia Post for our retail orders.
Please allow 2-3 days for making, processing and packaging your order for shipping. If you need your potion kit in a hurry, please use the express post option ($15.95) and send us a note at checkout. We will prioritise Express orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that Express is no longer guaranteed next day delivery with Australia Post. Once orders are shipped we cannot guarantee delivery times with Australia Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
** PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MAKE AND SHIPPING TIMES ARE LONGER DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD (OCT-DEC)
We do offer shipping to some select other countries at this stage. Shipping will be calculated by weight at checkout if shipping is available to your country. We are currently navigating bio laws - some countries do not allow us to post certain items in our kits and we're not yet at a stage where we can remove certain ingredients, but please do send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a request and we'll look into it.
We are currently not shipping to the UK and EU until we can navigate the new VAT laws for sending into the UK and EU. We are not currently sending to Europe either at this stage as we have had issues with items being returned and items being damaged in transit.
It is your responsibility to know if you will be charged taxes by ordering goods into your country from another country. Many countries now charge taxes on imported products, in a bid to encourage people to purchase within their own country. If we send an item to you and you refuse to pay the taxes and the item is returned, we will not be liable to refund the shipping costs. If we receive the item back we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs, but only if the items are returned in the same condition. Please note if an item is returned to us, we have to pay the return postage, so we will have to pass this cost on to you (i.e we will minus the cost of return postage from your refund)
*PLEASE NOTE* With limited flights out of Australia due to Covid closures, please allow 6+ weeks for delivery out of Australia. Once an item has left our hands, we have no control over how long it takes.

We hope you love your order from us. Unfortunately we do not currently offer returns for change of mind or if you provide us with the wrong information for your order. Please contact us within 5 days if you have any issues with your product on arrival, if any items arrive damaged or if you believe the order is not as described on our website. We can then organise an exchange or refund.
