CAULDRON PRE ORDER INFO: 

If you order a product that is a pre-order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you would like some of your order earlier, please place two seperate orders.

  • Our Cauldrons are coming, but at this stage they are due to us around the 6th December. So these will be PRE-ORDER only. 
  • To make sure we have enough time to pack all orders before the Christmas shipping cut offs, we will be taking pre orders for 48 hours ONLY.
  • All orders with Cauldrons will be shipped only when the pre-ordered cauldrons arrive in early December.
  • Due to the cost of shipping and the weight of our cauldrons, If you want your order split, please note there will be 2 shipping fees.
  • We will be working around the clock when our cauldrons come in to make sure they are packed and shipped in time for Christmas.

 

USA CUSTOMERS: After 27th August 2025. 

We currently ship to US via AusPost or Fedex

With the introduction of tariffs on orders under $800 into the USA, and while we navigate what these costs will be, please allow 7–14 days for your order to be processed. All items into the USA now pass through customs, which may cause additional delays.

At present, we have elected to cover U.S. tariffs on your behalf so you should not receive additional charges when your parcel arrives. This may change once we have a clearer understanding of the full landed costs of our products into the USA.

We currently ship to Canada via Australia Post or Fedex.

Please Note: We can not currently send to P.O Boxes with Fedex

All parcels imported into Canada are subject to GST and import fees.
These charges are applied by the Canadian Government and are outside of our control.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We do offer shipping to some other select other countries at this stage. Shipping will be calculated by weight at checkout if shipping is available to your country. We are currently navigating bio laws - some countries do not allow us to post certain items in our kits. Please send us an email at magic@thelittlepotionco.com.au if you have a request and we'll look into it.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES:

For international orders, it is your responsibility to know if you will be charged taxes by ordering goods into your country from another country. Many countries now charge taxes on imported products, in a bid to encourage people to purchase within their own country. If we send an item to you and you refuse to pay the taxes and the item is returned, we will not be liable to refund the shipping costs to you or any costs to have the product returned to us. If we receive the item back we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs, but only if the items are returned in the same condition. Please note if an item is returned to us, we have to pay the return postage, so we will have to pass this cost on to you (i.e we will minus the cost of return postage from your refund)

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS INFO:

Your order will be subject to customs processing if you are ordering from outside of Australia. 

Most customs paperwork is completed by us as the exporter. However, certain items may also require importer certifications (for example, a U.S. EPA TSCA declaration). By law, these certifications are the responsibility of the purchaser/consignee (you). If one of these forms is needed, FedEx or customs may contact you directly, or you can provide us with a quick Letter of Authorisation so we can submit it on your behalf. Please note: if you refuse to complete a required importer certification (or decline to authorise us to do it for you) and your order is returned, both the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

UNCLAIMED PARCELS:

Please keep an eye on your tracking. If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will only refund your order minus the shipping fee. If you received free shipping, our standard $15 shipping cost will be excluded from your refund. We also reserve the right to charge the customer for any return postage charges for unclaimed items.

 

FURTHER INFORMATION FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING NUMBERS:

Australia Post use Universal/worldwide tracking numbers. You can use the tracking number in your own country's postal service provider tracking (i.e: USPS for USA) Once your item arrives in your own country, please use your own country's postal service to track orders. Once an item leaves Australia and gets passed over from AusPost to your local carrier, AusPost can no longer keep track of the order. If your order is taking longer than expected once it arrives in your own country, please contact your local carrier and please contact us with any issues.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

All our potion kit ingredients are handmade. Our current make time is 1-2 business days but this may change at times. Please refer to the banner on our homepage for processing timelines. Please allow 2-3 weeks make time for Party Packs.

We dispatch orders each weekday, with our parcel collection usually between 1-2 pm daily. 

If you need your order quickly, please select Express shipping and leave a note at checkout. If you have a query regarding your order please reach out to us at magic@thelittlepotionco.com.au Please note that Express is no longer guaranteed next day delivery with Australia Post. Once orders are shipped we cannot guarantee delivery times with Australia Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:

The Little Potion Co will not be held responsible for any incorrect or old shipping addresses used. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you use ShopPay to pay for your items, please ensure you use the correct saved address.


CURRENCY:


The default currency on this site is ($AUD) Australian Dollars. It should change automatically but if not, you can change to your own currency using the currency dropdown box.

RETURNS:


We hope you love your order from us. Unfortunately we do not currently offer returns for change of mind or if you provide us with the wrong information for your order. Please contact us within 5 days if you have any issues with your product on arrival, if any items arrive damaged or if you believe the order is not as described on our website. We can then organise an exchange or refund.

AUSTRALIA:

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. We have a daily (weekday) collection between 12 - 1pm. Delivery times will vary based on your location. All items will be sent with tracking and a tracking number sent to you. We cannot be held responsible for delays through Australia Post and we will not be liable for any issues with your parcel once it is in the hands of Australia Post. If you are experiencing an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will help you work with Australia Post to resolve the issue. 

PLEASE NOTE: AUSTRALIA POST NO LONGER LEAVE CARDS WHEN NO ONE IS HOME. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping over $250. Free shipping can not be used with any further discounts. Free shipping minimum will only be met after any other discounts are applied.

Express Shipping / Priority Packing

Express Postage is $19.95 in Australia. This is to cover the cost of express shipping. This is not a priority service and you will still need to allow 1-2 days manufacturing time.

 

UNCLAIMED PARCELS:
