The Little Potion Co is growing again!

We welcome applications for a Customer Service Warehouse Assistant to work at our new warehouse in Melton, Victoria. This newly created role will be an important addition to our ecommerce small business, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience when shopping online with us. We are looking for a heart centred individual with a customer focused mindset and someone who is willing to adapt and grow with us and our team.

This is a unique role in a workplace that is different and fun. We seek someone to fill a full time position, with varying roles. You will need to be available to start at 8am Mon-Fri but hours per day can be flexible.

Job roles will include:

• Maintaining relationships with retail and wholesale customers
• Order packing and processing
• Replying to enquiries via email and other channels.
• Stocktake and ordering of materials
• Ensuring the team are kept up to date with issues and enquiries, ensuring all order updates are communicated efficiently
• Jumping in to help with production when needed

You will have:

• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Empathy and understanding when dealing with customers and team members
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise workflow while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Be comfortable with making phone calls, communicating via live chat, email, and telephone communications
• Ability to learn new online programs easily.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ACCC and Consumer Law Guidelines
• Experience with Google Workspace, Shopify, Faire, Sellercentre, Starshipit, (or any other shipping platform) would be advantageous.
