We ship from Australia. 

All our potion kit ingredients are handmade. Please allow 2-3 business days for making, processing and packaging your order prior to shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks make time for Party Packs.

We dispatch orders each weekday, with our parcel collection usually between 11am-12pm daily. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours however this may extend to 72 hours during busier periods. PLEASE NOTE: after our big releases such as Halloween, Christmas and Easter, our packaging times will extend to up to 5 days. All orders in Oct, Nov and Dec will need up to 5+ working days for making and packing. Please refer to production estimates on the home page of our website.

We have a little something new for your Halloween play, foodie play and Autumn Harvest play.  Our Pumpkin Bio Tray is another versatile piece that can be used for play trays, potions, counting, crafts or trinket storage.

We 3d print our trays from PLA, which is a plant-based bioplastic derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, tapioca root or sugarcane. Our bioplastic trays will withstand wet sensory bases, like water beads and fizzy potion play, just remember to hand wash and immediately dry after use to prevent moisture absorption and warping. We don’t recommend immersing in liquid for long periods but a little splash and fizz will be fine.  Our bio trays are food and play safe but we don't recommend foods or sensory bases that stain.

Hand wash only.  Exposure to extreme heat (in a dishwasher or direct sun) will damage the natural materials these cutters are made from and shorten their lifespan.  Bioplastics are designed to biodegrade over time, unlike traditional plastics.  If cared for well they will last for many years.
