When will my order be shipped?
Palette Pals are a pre-order open from August 21st to 28th. Any pre-orders placed during this time, will be shipped to us the week of 7th September. All order will then leave our warehouse and be posted out to you. Please note, if your order includes a pre-order, the order will not be shipped until the pre-orders arrive. If you require your other items earlier, please place seperate orders.
