Got questions? Here’s everything you need to know about our pre-orders, shipping timelines, and what to expect during this busy season. We’re here to help make your magical moments stress-free!

• Our Cauldrons are coming, but at this stage they are due to us around the 6th December. So these will be PRE-ORDER only. 
• To make sure we have enough time to pack all orders before the Christmas shipping cut offs, we will be taking pre orders for 48 hours ONLY.
• All orders with Cauldrons will be shipped only when the pre-ordered cauldrons arrive in early December.
• Due to the cost of shipping and the weight of our cauldrons, If you want your order split, please note there will be 2 shipping fees.
• We will be working around the clock when our cauldrons come in to make sure they are packed and shipped in time for Christmas.
